I had a great experience working with Kevin to discuss our auto, home and umbrella policies. He was straight forward and provided great insight into where our existing (previous) insurance policies were lacking in coverage. I really appreciate buying something when I have a better understanding of the benefits and differences between products. I really did not want to do it and wanted them to do the right thing, but be aware of the scams this office does Specifically Charly Medlin:
I bought a new Vehicle on May 17, 2024, they raised my premium $50 which was expected, to find out that I have been paying for my OLD car for the last 6 months! I found out by accident as I needed to show my renters insurance to someone, now they are raising my premium from $199 to $496 per month I have almost 800 credit and never been in the accident or late on my payment, and I have been with State Farm for 9 years! They have no shame! They are trying to tell me that I never notify them I bought new vehicle, I did send them ALL the communication trace I had, thank God where on 5/15 I told them I am taking a possession of the vehicle on 5/17, with Charly Medlin - she is the one that is playing me hard! Please do not work with her!!!! She will make you feel guilty and irrelevant with none of your fault and no remorse! If they rectify the situation I will post a follow up post, if you are looking for good car insurance it’s ain’t that!
