10/10 plus. I couldn’t ask for a better more caring agent than Donna !! My mom had a long term care policy, Donna has helped every step of the way to make sure everything was done right and on time to get the claim approved. I live out of the country and I couldn’t have done it without her, I can’t thank you enough Donna for your professionalism, the hours you worked on the claim and the personal attention during this difficult time. Lately I called and had trouble with the front desk Brittany being extremely rude with me trying to add and remove a vehicle and fix a vin# over the last month of purchasing a new vehicle.
I've considered finding a new agent. This isn't the customer service she usually has.
