I highly recommend the Seth Rockey Agency and Abby individually. She took the time to understand my insurance needs and made sure that my home and auto were insured properly. In addition, Abby is quick to respond. She answers the phone right away or calls me back within minutes. Abby is kind and always pleasant to deal with. I had several choices this year, but chose Abby for the preceding reasons.

My family & I signed up for the Christmas tree program, & we are so appreciative of the thoughtful gifts that we received for our little ones.
From the very beginning, the staff members made everything such a breeze, & they were very sweet every time I spoke with them over the phone.
I believe the one that really stood out with her kindness & great communication was Alexis (not sure of the spelling).
I was having a very rough day, & the moment I walked in to the office to pick the gifts up for my children, my energy shifted in a good way.
I almost cried the moment I made it back home because a feeling of being thankful & grateful had came over me when I was already having a rough day. It reminded me that there still can be sunshine after a storm.
If I could afford State Farm Insurance from this office (Seth Rockey’s) I would definitely, be a member because of their friendly & welcoming staff.
This experience was overall, a wonderful blessing.

My sister recommended me to switch State Farm agents to Seth Rockey and am very glad I did. Not only does he do his job well, he goes above and beyond what I was expecting. I feel that he cares about his clients and their needs.
He has called me a couple of times to ask my opinion on something when he didn't have to. I, also feel confident when I ask him questions and he gives me an answer that I trust. Not only is he knowledgeable, he explains his answers.
If you need insurance, I recommend State Farm and more so, Seth Rockey.

We decided to check out Seth Rockey’s State Farm team because my significant other works at the Subaru Service Dept and Seth Rockey’s team occasionally came by to drop off goodies and notepads. I had also seen Seth Rockey’s name advertised in other places locally. I decided to send a quote online to try to save money on our home and auto after our policies went up drastically. Not even a day later, I got a phone call from Abby Webb. She already had our home and auto information ready when she called. She also remembered me through a family member of mine. She’s so nice and personable! I worked with Abby for a few weeks narrowing down what kind of coverage we wanted on our home and auto. She answered every single question I had throughly and timely. She is a great asset to State Farm! Not only did I get great service from Abby but we were able to save half the amount we were paying on our other home insurance policy and we got better coverage on our auto policy (including no deductible windshield replacement and rental car!) and it was still cheaper than our previous insurance that didn’t offer added features. Overall we are extremely happy with our service from Seth Rockey State Farm! Thank you!!
