I had multiple issues come about involving communication with Stellar and i was not pleased at all with how most things were handled. I did most of the work getting mold roof window estimates and invoices. all they did was fax it to my innsurance. I requested inspections and estimates for months with no luck. But when it came to their payment i was threatened with being sent to collections the first conversation i ever had about payment. They thought i had received my insurance check and they were wrong. They Even tried taking money out of my account. I agreed to a 1000 payment untill i received the check and they ran my account for 7k. I had to submit a fraud allert or i would get an insufficient funds fee on my bank account. Its been a total mess and now the mold inspection that i paid $650 for that i was told would be reimbursed, No one remembers telling me that but i sent the invoice to them a year ago. And again today. Their response is “send me the email that says we will reimburse you.” Im just a clown to them. They see me as a lier but i have every email to prove my case. Do not for the love of god use this company. Do your homework and hire a real professional.

What a hard worker! The success stories I have seen Barbara been a part of are amazing. When you are told by your insurance company you are only going to get a "limited amount" or "we don't cover that" PLEASE PLEASE give Barbara a call. I have seen her get the money these families need to repair the damage. She also speaks Spanish!
