What a great insurance department. Spoke with CARMEN today and it was the easiest phone call I’ve had with an insurance rep. Stephaine Chew’s State Farm office provides impeccable service. For instance, last week I had called their office twice and my phone was not working properly. I could not hear them and they could not hear me. I figured I would try later. Later that morning I received a text from their office letting me know that they had received a call from me, but there was trouble with the call. They asked me if there was anything they could help me with.
Why do I think this is great service? They took the time to search their customer database to find it was me who had called and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I did need assistance with something that I would have put off for a later date or simply would have forgotten about.
This is one of the many examples of their outstanding service of going above and beyond I consistently experience.
