We have had this insurance for years and Dolores has been the best employee Steve has ever had. When things went south a few years ago due to another employees errors her quick action to remedy the situation and kindness was the only reason we stayed. She Always goes above and beyond to help. She literally has stopped what she is doing to send us a copy of our insurance several times. She has the Best customer service and treats everyone like family. She is kind, caring, efficient, hardworking and truly the Best! So thankful for her and Steve.
