The two HOA's that I manage received an outstanding response from Stone Claims Group after Hurricane Ian. They reviewed the insurance policies and sent teams out to inspect the properties within a few days. They even provided drone coverage of the roofs from one of their partner roofing companies and honestly let us know that they did not believe we had an insurance claim but would be requiring some repairs. Of course, they provided this service to us with no charge. I strongly recommend this company.

As the board president of our condominium complex, it was difficult to manage the runaround we were getting from our insurance company about a wind damage claim. Two roofers told us we definitely had wind damage but the claim was denied by insurance. Our CAM mentioned she had used Stone Claims on another property to successfully get their claim paid for their roofs. So we called them.

Stone Claims responded promptly and inspected our roofs. They too, said we had significant wind damage and were willing to take on our case.
In the midst of the process, the insurance company went into bankruptcy. This significantly complicated and lengthened the claim process. But Tara Stone and her team persisted and were successfully able to get our case settled with FIGA who took over the claim from the insurance company after its bankruptcy.

I highly recommend Stone Claims for their professional advocacy on behalf of our Association in handling this claim for us. They continued resolutely to handle the claim despite many obstacles.
