I requested numerous quotes from her during a period where we were experiencing significant storms including hurricane activity in the area. Amanda was incredibly responsive and provided me with very detailed and affordable quotes on all my insurance needs. Amanda is greedy and will sell you the insurance she makes most money on, nit the one that you need. At first, she was quick and efficient, and I let her handle all of my insurance (business, houses, cars), that was until, a few years later (my fault for getting too comfortable and not checking the rates with others), I learned I am paying way more than anyone else! After I confronted her she told me to look for another agent, so I did. And after I switched some of my policies to another agent, Amanda is now acting like an offended teenager, at the same time refusing to let go of the other policies, so a different agent can handle them. So now she does little, petty things, like adding a wrong adress to my policy so the statements won't get delivered, and she would email me exactly 1 day after the due date so that I incure late fees....pathetic in my opinion. Buttom line: greedy, not trustworthy, and unprofessional. Not recommended.
