Just about 3-4 weeks ago I spoke with Austin and he decided that he wanted to bring me on to part of the scoping team and wanted me to leave my current job and work for them full time. After a week we still hadn't finished the entire onboarding process so, I called him and he said that they were having email issues and they should be resolved soon. Another week had passed and they were still having email issues and couldn't finish the process until that was resolved. I called again a few days later and no answer and no return calls. Finally, on the 3rd week Austin had called and said they were still having issues and had a phone appointment with tech support from GoDaddy to resolve the issue. Again still no return calls. 4 days later I called again and once again no response. The next day I receive a text from one of the other employees message me and tell me they decided to go a different direction and they revamped the entire company. He couldn't even had the courtesy to contact me himself especially after being lied to for 3 weeks . Come to find out there were no email issues he was just making excuses. So, be careful if you choose to work for this company.

Trust the process! UPC Insurance without if business and I thought I’d get nothing but Storm One continued to move my claim through to the Florida Guaranteed Insurance fund. I received my money and was able to pay off my roof loan. The team kept me updated along the way. Great group of people at Storm One.

Patience! Let Storm One do what they do best. Get Results. I was a victim of UPC bailout of Florida after Hurricane Ian. They denied my claim on my roof. 10 months later Storm One scored an incredible settlement from FIGA and I can now pay off the loan I had to pull to replace my roof.
