This place is unfair. I had a policy with an insurance company that canceled with me because Strong Tie Insurance failed to send them my info. The way they want to help me is to charge me $229.00 gain, since they are so nice they offer me a discount and only charge me $205.00 what a deal for their mistake. This place does not treat people fairly. Never coming back i feel robbed.

Okay the reason why I'm giving the low rate is because I asked for a quote by phone and then when I went to the office they add like 60 dollars to the first quote. Like I went all the way from La Habra to montebello because their quote was cheap but then they suddenly change the price. But they justify this because I'm 18. But when we talk by phone I told them I was 18!!! So don't go because they are gonna charge you a lot more than what they originally said.

Estaba con ellos pero ya no trabajan con mi aseguranza, no avisaron que ya no estarian con ella deberian de ser mas cocientes y mandar mensajes o llamadas cuando van a realizar cambios importantes que afecten a los clientes
