Amazing customer service! I changed carriers and agency after Kelsey and her team were able to shop rates, save me a ton of money and get me much better coverage too! I was referred to Strong Tower Insurance though Dave Ramsey and I am so thankful to have found them. We were so impressed, we left our current insurance carrier whom we had been with for over 10 years. There was a slight hiccup at one point but Aaron really took care of us and made sure everything was sorted out. Excellent service! Wow! Strong Tower Insurance Group is terrific! Very responsive and customer service oriented. Kelli provided us with a couple of very comprehensive options for homeowners, umbrella liability, personal property, and auto insurance policies that included much better coverage for less cost than our previous policies. She answered all of our questions and made the process of switching insurance so easy and pleasant. It sounds cliche but it's true - do not buy insurance from anyone until you've contacted Strong Tower Insurance Group for a quote. We were referred to them by Dave Ramsey's website - wish we had contacted them years ago.
