Sent check, check got returned, guess who got to pay 20 dollar returned check fees. More more companies seem to like to send you rebate checks. Bad bad practice for consumers.

Pay a ridiculous amount for flood insurance and when your house floods it does not even matter. Good luck pay for the damages yourself. Better off not even paying for this. My advice is stay away from this company

It's impossible to get any help.

All I need to do is update my address in their system. The receptionist is literally only there to take calls and can't help. Every time she tries to find the person that can help, that person is always "not in" and the receptionist takes my info to let them know to call me back, which they NEVER DO.

Why is this SO DIFFICULT to do something SO SIMPLE?! I have never had this issue with my other insurance companies nor anything else for that matter. There is no online portal that I'm aware of to update it myself.

This company is operating in 1980. They need to GROW UP and get with the modern world and update their systems and setup.

I haven't had to deal with the company directly as of yet (only an agent with National Flood Insurance, Inc) but switching to this private flood insurance company saved me over $600 on my annual premium! Doesn't get much better than that. I wish I would've made the switch years ago.

I feel like this company is fraudulent. I received a quote and when I tried to activate it 2 months later, they gave me the run around, deactivated the email, started to work with a new agent and they said they don't cover my area, but the emails didn't make sense. I'm pretty sure this is not a reparable company. Buyer beware.

This company may cost me my home loan. They stopped funding California due to the current rain but did not inform me that the quote they gave me was no longer valid. They just stopped responding to bank completing the loan. Do not use. This is a shady company.
