Ms. Brown is very professional and returned inquiries quickly. She is knowledgeable and put me at ease in answering my questions. Living in California, my previous homeowner's insurance (Grange) failed to renew my policy because of wildfire danger status in my county. Ms. Brown understands this issue as her office is in Calaveras County. She was able to provide me with a new Farmer's policy to cover my home with a rate similar as my old policy. I even changed over my vehicle insurance too thus getting the bundle discounts. I was pleased to find she is up to date on the latest technology. The whole process was completed with no contact via email, text and telephone. It could not have been less stressful. I am grateful for her expertise.
