He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He told me he had to consult with Susan on a policy change, and that he would call me back. And sure enough, he called me the next day with good news - my policy change would save me some money.

I have had State Farm for over 20 years, and they have provided excellent service. I have only been with Susan and Company for 5 years, but their service is just as comprehensive and friendly as I've had anywhere. Good job Jullien!

I’ve been with Susan Rodriguez State Farm office for more than 20 years not only do they have excellent insurance products and fantastic customer service, they process claims quickly. I once backed into built in cabinet in my garage and damaged my rear bumper. They found a body shop 10 minutes from my house and processed the claim in a couple days and my car was fixed the same week.

Susan is the owner and insures you have great coverage and understand your policies. David Hight is the office manager and very helpful, smart and thorough. The whole team is very professional, patient and has taken good care of me and answered all my questions!
