I’ve been with State Farm for at least 5 years Michala is my agent and treats me and my kids as if we were family. The customer service I get at State Farm is always above and beyond they are so understanding and friendly and if I have budget issues she always works around my financial situations to always make sure I get the best service and that I’m always covered. I’ve had some car issues and michala has always talked me though the correct steps to move forward in a very calm and direct manner.

I have been with Susanne Acencio's State Farm office for several years now. My husband and I have been very pleased with all the services we have received. Michala is always very attentive, kind and knowledgeable.
When we had to file a claim they all made sure we were taken care of and always follow up with updates.
