My personal experience with this firm has been one of frustration and loss of patience. The total process took over 4 months & while I am sure the entire blame does not lie with Syndicate Claims, I did not appreciate the business texts after business hours requesting a rewrite of this review (Originally posted 3 months ago). I found this extremely unprofessional and threatening. There was even a text stating if I did not remove the review, they would submit to have it expunged. Way to try to deny the consumer their right to voice their opinion. I am grateful this process is now behind us and I can now move on from this experience. Also notified my insurance company who is the hiring party for this firm.
