I have been with TD Insurance since I came to Arizona 15 years ago. I tried some of the other big companies and the service was definitely lacking. I know I can call Marc anytime with any questions any time. I had an accident and although the other person was taking on the responsibility he walked me through the steps of what to do and let me know what would happen. Any time my insurance is due for renewal, he shops around and lets me know if my policy is going up and what may be most cost effective. I can't get that through an 800 number.
When I got married, I switched my husband's car insurance over and we saved a lot of money. Marc let me know what coverage was sensible and let us make the decision. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need. When it came time to renew our renters insurance I called TD Insurance right away and transferred the policy over. Recently I had an opportunity to become a notary. All the companies I looked at for a bond had scam reviews. I called TD Insurance and had the policy right away.
I can't say enough good things. I always get a call back promptly and get the information I need. A may get something cheaper online or through an 800 number but the service I receive is amazing.
