We were hit with a repair claim that was extremely high on material and labor (work) done vs. invoice cost and was not logical. So disagreement between parties had hit a stalemate.
This company was hired to review as an independent adjuster. Never went to site, just reviewed the invoices, never even responded the non logical parts and/or answered on measurements (no report was provided) and just said yes fair on everything. For ex. the plummer charged for fixing a toilet, that was not even caulked and was still loose and finally was just repaired.
It was a terrible experience, they will side with the company that hires them, so neutrality cannot be expected.
Obnoxious adjuster Cory G. thinks he is a lawyer and will try to confuse you with “fancy” wording and try to bulldoze you, don’t get intimidated. Whoever hired them just wasted their money, we solved everything separately.

Avoid them in Northern Alberta.

STAY AWAY!! crooked and not willing to make adjustments when adjuster makes a mistake or is proven wrong. Hiring SHADY contractors ripping the insurance company off that you will pay a premium on in end. Their preferred contractor put my families health and safety in jeopardy and they didn't care 1 little bit. Got the run around for over a month followed by a doctored QUOTE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY.......

The Apartment I live in had a main pipe burst on the main FL. Aug 24/23 to this date January 22/24 Absolutely Nothing has been done Nothing,our understanding is this Insurance Company hasn't given the go ahead to start work !!!!! But Continues too collect $ 600 from people that to another Suite
within the bldg. The rent for the Bachelor Suite is $1550 $ 600 dollars more because Insurance of ourselves pays the 600 ,Insurance Fraud !!!!!

Worst experience dealing with these guys. I would rate them 0 if I can. They take forever to respond and definitely they are not looking after best interest of their clients. They will not provide you with all options for insurance claim settlement leaving you hanging. My work took more than a year to complete and that too, I had to fire the vendor these people hired to get the job done. If these adjusters are assigned to your file, please ask the insurance company to change it to someone better.

Don't reply and take forever to get back to my adjuster. My place has been in shambles for 4 months due to their tardiness.
