Did everything I was supposed to on my end to cancel my insurance account, she proceeded to slam the phone in my ear and not cancel my account on time leading to an overcharge for something I didn't even want. She hasn't gotten a hold of me to fix this issue whatsoever. It's sad seeing a agent who received an "Award of Exellence" not just simply do her job.

I worked personally with Sheryl Porter and she was FANTASTIC! She was very polite and knowledgeable. Sheryl had great problem solving skills and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about her. State Farm says their agents are like a "Good Neighbor". Tammi Shaddix is the epitome of being a "Good Neighbor". We've had our homeowners and vehicles (5) since she had been a State Farm agent. Rates for car and homeowners are good and the services she provides is outstanding. We've met several times to discuss our insurance and she has consistently given us straight forward and accurate information. Her service has always been exemplary.

I have had to use my State Farm homeowners insurance twice. Once for a tornado that dropped two trees on a second home we owned. Tammie made sure everything went smoothly. I made one phone call to her and she handled everything. The second time was for hail damage to my home. Again. One phone call and everything was handled. Tammie is always available for me with questions about car and home insurance. I highly recommend her.
