When calling Tammy Counts office I was more than sure my rates would be super high as every other insurance agent within the Odenton area was quoting me high rates. I have had renters insurance here for a few years now. All was good and easy. Today I had to get a second insurance policy for a new apartment (because I overlapped the weeks to move, I'm lazy). Dana Johnson helped me out and she was sweet and helpful. I didn't realize until the afternoon that I had given her the WRONG address. It was a hectic day.
