They don't know what is going on. For over a year and a half one of the agents, Jerry Alridge, had me fill out forms so I could receive the money for raising my house. Now he is gone. FEMA sent me to this company. How I'm talking to a guy named Bob who said he heard about Jerry but doesn't know anything. Now he won't respond. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure the government funds them. I provided everything they demanded and now I still have nothing.

July 5th I gave their customer service rep Alexis the correct mailing address for my check since the original check went to the wrong address. Almost a week later I got a call from a representative asking which address I would like my check mailed to because Alexis incorrectly asked input for them to send it to the wrong address again then corrected it. It was so confusing they had to call me again to fix her mistake. I was patient and slow on the phone with Alexis when I called on July 5th yet she still messed it up. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I have shelled out $20,000 dollars from my personal account to restore my home as I am waiting for this check.
