Patrick really looks out for his clients. I've never really had an insurance agent take extra time out of their day to explain some of the features of my policy and why they are important. He insured my family for what we needed and took the time to cut out useless coverage items and add in the important ones. I have seen a huge improvement in the Taylor Company Insurance office after the new management took over. Professional and great customer service is what to expect when you enter or call the office. The office is modern and comfortable which is welcoming to get a quote or make a payment on an insurance policy. They helped me save money by switching companies and got more coverage as well. They truly are there to help the clients with their insurance needs.
