Mr/Ms. Taylor,
My first interaction with your company was while speaking with a young woman with screaming children in the background making it difficult to hear and for her to hear me. I called for a homeowners insurance quote. I did not receive a call back so called and left a message the same day. I called again the next day and the call was answered by an older woman that was rude and unprofessional. I requested the quote to be sent to my email and still have not received it. I will be going with Allstate. I thought you would like to know how your business is being run on the front end.

Taylor's insurance company is one of the best in town. Haven't used anybody else but Taylor's. I recommend that you go in and say hello they are the most friendly people, the Taylor's who owned and run Taylor's insurance, are always warm and inviting and always respond to you by your name.
