I usually get great service here, but today the young girl who came to the counter and acted like she was going to take my order, said oh, she’s on lunch. Helen will help me, but Helen was already in the middle of a grind and then the cup she grabbed for me was either chipped or dirty so she got a second one. Then the barista added foam even though it was a no foam and when I said to her it was a no-foam, she turned her back on me and moved away. I have no idea if she’s going to fix it but now it’s been four more minutes.
I’m very unhappy with this quality of service when I usually get treated so well and the other baristas know my order and make it perfectly.
