Currently filing formal complaints against Shannon and agency. My advice for anyone with State Farm is to call A RECORDED LINE. Call the main customer service number because they literally lie in this office. Currently obtaining the recorded call of me canceling my policy because they’re literally liars not exaggerating accusing me of their mistake of canceling my mothers rental policy. Their customer service skills are a 0/10 and they need better training, they clearly have no clue what they’re doing. No one at State Farm wants to take accountability for their mistakes. Unbelievable.

What a gem! Teri and her staff have been amazing since the time we walked through her door. We have always felt welcomed and enjoyed our relationship with her office. They really shined for us when we filed a claim for our roof and had trouble getting the adjuster to acknowledge our existence.
