Ismael did a great job as usual. Had him treat for some scout ant inside. He explained why we might be getting some ants and treated some areas. He also told us what he'd do if the problem persists. Did the outside treating the foundation and knocking down the spider webs. Thanks Ismael and Terminix.

I had my home sprayed this morning and Andrew Lyon came out and spoke with me before starting. Andrew addressed all my concerns and did his job with a friendly and professional attitude. It was a pleasure working with Andrew this morning and hope that he is my commercial technician the next time around. The sales guy was not exactly up-front, making me believe I was buying a single treatment. I let him know this via a text. Luckily, I was happy with the initial service and Dustin Green as my tech, so I'm keeping Terminix as long as the bugs stay away, and the price remains reasonable.

We were introduced to Terminex by a young man who came to our door, Jackson Tracey. He was personable and professional, concerned for our needs and our circumstances. He inspired confidence. (He also told me to tell you how handsome he is. He actually is. 😀) The service rep, Ismael Trujillo, came today and handled the job efficiently and quickly. Plus he gave us reassurance that if we had an unexpected hatching or some other problem, to give him a call. We are Terminex customers, but I suspect we’ll be sticking around.

It was great from initial call for estimate to service! They were so friendly, explained everything perfectly. Best thing is they where here in less then 3 days from first call to service! …not this year mosquitoes….lol …thanks you!

Terminix has done a great job responding to my pest issue from the very beginning. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and kind and have gone out of their way to reassure me that they would rid my house of pests - and they did! Particularly Dustin and Ivan who have been super responsive and addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend Terminix!

Renee Limon did my termite inspection this morning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me including finding termite activity, how it should be treated and what the expense would be. Will be having that additional service done in about a week. Thank you Rene for finding what nobody else did!

Ismael is a very good technician. He is patient in helping control our huge ant problem. Had to return 3 times over a short period. Ants have not returned since his last application. I am very happy with Terminex!
