We are very disappointed with this agent. We have been with Allstate for more than 40 years. Ms. Greene is our 4th agent and by far the worst one we have had in those 40 years. She has become to busy and/or uncaring to simply pick up her phone and call us We were assuming her staff as told her that we were dissatisfied on the renewal of our contract but still to this day no response from her personally. When we call her we have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get to her office, in which, she is not available. The phone issues is one of many issues that has arose over the years since she has been our agent. But this no response issue is now the straw that broke the camel back. Not in "Good Hands" with Terri Greene as your agent.

Terrie Greene is an excellent Allstate insurance representative. I switched from Progressive to Allstate for two reasons. One the cost of insurance was so high and two the customer service was terrible I never knew who my representative was with Progressive.

However, I’ve been with Allstate for only six months and they’ve already gained a lifetime client! Terrie Greene has helped me so much anytime I need to replace a windshield or have any questions. I’m very happy with their service and will continue with Allstate!
