Terza has been my agent in LA for over 25 years, for renters, home and auto insurance. She has seen me through multiple accidents and always gone above and beyond to help.

When my first townhome had a pipe leak and the building insurance refused to cover it, State Farm took care of it.

When my wife and her parents we driving in the rain from a post op appointment, they were T-boned when someone ran a stop sign. Terza called us directly when we needed help on the side of the road and made sure we got a tow and the vehicle was taken care of.

Terza and her whole staff are the epitome of the State Farm slogan, “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.” Couldn’t recommend them higher.

It has been about 30 years that I have had my home insurance policies with State Farm agent Terza West. I added my auto at some point maybe about 20 years ago and could not have been happier with this agency and their service.
Terza and agent Denise have been so helpful in figuring out how best to meet my policy needs.When my autos have had incidences they have been really great in expediting issues.
I feel like Terza and her staff are caring and compassionate and like good friends.
