I would not recommend this company for nobody workers compensation company. They help my job Easy Recycling and Salvage in Jacksonville Texas. Put the screw to me . I am unable to work anymore because of the injured I substane on the job . Workers comp believe what ever one else said accept the injured party which is me. They are the sorrest workers compensation company I have ever had dealing with .

Scum of the earth, I took a blow to the head that lead to medical complications. I had to switch adjusters, got harassed,
I couldn't see the specialist I was referred to. Then they used a corrupt designated doctor to side with them to give me a unfair impairment rating and down played the Injury. They even back dated my maximum medical improvement date to top it off. I shouldn't have had a workers comp claim opened to begin with, a corrupt HR lady knew I wasn't an employee. I was gonna be 1099, didn't recieve any wages nor did I sign employment documentation. I got injured in a commercial truck accident doing a ride along to see a delivery route. Even with MRI results showing the true extent of injury their trying to bullshit me. I'll see you low lifes at the benefit review conference, you made an enemy for life.

It seems the scammers know that Texas Mutual is antiquated and prefers sending checks through the mail for injured clients and commission checks for agents. This needs to change in 2025. Happens half the time!

My checks are disbursed every Wednesday. There have been 3 occasions now that post office has not delivered in a timely fashion , which makes me scrape for change so that I can eat. Please select direct deposit method so that you can get your checks faster. I asked for this Option 3 times and on the 4th time I was finally sent a form for this. Aggravated beyond belief.

For 2 days shy of 1 year this company has been sending my home address mail for a business client. For 7 months I returned mail to them with "Return to Sender" and "No Such Persons" notes and even notes requesting to remove my home address from their mail system. For an additional 5 months after, I called each time I got new mail. Each time speaking to different agents, and even escalated to a supervisor. For some reason they are unable to locate their clients by name (the business name on the mail received) or by (my) address. I was once told the issue was resolved, yet for 2 months since then I have still received more mail. Multiple times on the phone they asked me to provide info or describe the document that was mailed - I'm not opening someone else's mail -that's a felony offense. And my last ditch effort was to email their support line and after 4 days, there is still no response. I highly doubt their capabilities to safely serve their clients when they struggle simply keeping their client files organized, up to date, and their confidential information secure, let alone how they will harass people who aren't clients. Careful if you're looking for help!

I’m an injured worker and I get checks every Thursday in the mail. This week for some reason I have got nothing at all. I have called multiple times and I get left on hold every time. I don’t get no messages or updates from them on why my checks would not be coming. I am still injured and have not been cleared to return to work and I’m not getting nothing from the company on any help.

I'm on work comp through this company. In the past 3 years, they've changed my adjuster 4 times and fought me every inch for proper treatment. For some reason, chiropractors have as much weight on opinions as true doctors. I feel for people who are injured on the job and have to go through this company.
