Ben and his team were instrumental in helping me obtain an acceptable settlement from my insurance company after a spring storm cause significant wind and hail damage to my roof. Great experience working with Ben and his team to obtain a much more adequate settlement from our insurance company after a recent storm. Ben was brought in to handle my insurance claim as I already had a large, ongoing claim for flood damage. The cost of the metal roof was going to be significant, and my previous claim had been rejected by the insurance company a year ago. I was heading out of town for an extended vacation and needed someone reliable to manage the insurance process. Ben met with the adjuster and provided everything needed to convince the insurance company. We had somewhat of a special case, as the metal roof was no longer manufactured and needed to be upgraded to a different style. Long story short, Ben was extremely professional in his dealings, a pleasure to work with, and as honest as the day is long.
