This company is a joke. Honestly wish there was another company out there . Got my roof replaced and because some surfaces were not nailable the company replaced them and they will not approve the extra. How are you to nail a roof down if the surface is damaged ? I pay a good amount for them to insurance me and god for bid I get a new roof and some decking replaced . We are talking maybe 16000 in repairs mind you I’m paying 4,100 of it so really only 12,000. They’ll have the back in a few years from my insureance payment . I wish I could cancel them and just stick the money I was paying them in a savings account and I could replace damage whenever it happens without them. Once again a joke of a company

This company sucks. Their customer service skills is very unprofessional and not to mention their claims adjuster Brenda. Lady doesn’t listen to you, she talks over you and doesn’t even consider anything you’re saying. Apparently they paid for a whole roof repair when they have proof from the contractor that they did not. They only paid for a portion of the roof. But they want to come back and still say they did. After so many measurements and photos have been submitted. They ignore your calls, sometimes you have no way of leaving voicemails. Once they know your number, it’s gonna be hard for you to get an hold of them. So you gotta call from another phone number. Apparently sometimes they don’t get emails, even tho you sent them to the only email claims dept has. They just give you the round around . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They’re pathetic, rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional.

Worst insurance coverage with hassle. These guys almost run a monopoly. You can be insured for the entire 14 years of owning a home and when you make a claim they try to find ways to deny damage you do not know exists UNTIL the signs start showing. The adjusters are unprofessional and the claims specialists are do not do anything to help you. Utter BS... and the prices keep climbing. I will be dropping them.

They sent out a field adjuster through to see my damages after Hurricane Beryl, he reported back to them that there was only $5600 in damages, when in reality there was close to $80,000… I have 3 small kids and my wife is due in December with our fourth. And these people and TWIA are forcing us to live in a mold infested house that’s has a damaged roof and siding hanging off of it… absolute insanity.

Scumbag company, they don’t care about you or your family. Only money.

This is where the kids that steal lunch money go to work as adults. Legitimized, mandated, fleecing of home owners during their times of need by taking your annual money year after year and providing no tangible services when the time comes.
If not mandated, the equivalent income provided to this organization placed into an account would have amply covered the needs resulting from Beryl. Instead, we are left to provide the income a second time for restoration.
It is a conundrum that most want less government involvement in our lives yet we are compelled to need their involvement to reform these types of organized theft.
Yet, they do allow and legitimize it though…

Incompetent adjusters that are part of a third party. Took over 20 days to deny my claim. Afterwards I called a roofer who visibly could see the damage. I could visibly see the damage. Yet, the claim was denied. I am not a fan of their processes, affiliates, and lack of care. Their practices will also get reported to the BBB.

You pay them yearly for YEARS and then when you actually need the insurance, they don’t want to pay you out anything. I had over $60k worth of damage and they said it was only $7k worth and my deductible is $10k. They do anything in their power to not pay out their costumers. Avoid them at all cost.

Do anything you can to avoid getting insurance through them. The prices are terrible and they will do everything in their power to not pay for any claims. When an appraiser comes to your house he will barely look at anything and claim you have no damages even though water is coming through your ceiling.
