I was a customer of the Arizona Group with a couple of businesses over a 10-12 year span. My latest stint with them has been awful and I have made the decision to move on. My agent Joseph Cook was flippant and lacked any semblance of customer service acumen.

They act like you’re inconveniencing them when you have a question or concern. It’s very difficult to get them on the phone, but they’re great at launching emails telling you why they don’t have time for you.

I got two of those in a couple of weeks, 1 from Joseph Cook and one from the founder of the firm, Paul Cyr. Both were out of the country and unavailable. You would think with a company that size, they would have backups in place when they are out of the office?

The upside is after shopping their rates due to their horrendous lack of service, I’m saving over $3k on my business insurance. I guess there’s a silver lining after all.

I have worked with many insurance agents and companies over the years and I would like to say if anyone has the pleasure of working with the Arizona Group you are in for a surprise. Joseph Cook and Krystle Hodge were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. They helped set up multiple companies with plans and gave us very good rates. No good!! You provide them with the most personal information and they sent me ONE quote (which was ridiculously high) and nothing for my home with zero explanation as to why. I feel violated, like I provided my information so someone can steal it!! Terrible! I will be telling my bank too since they are the ones referring these people out.

We finally opted out of using the Arizona Group after having used them for several years. Over the past 9 months we had a series of poor customer care experiences which not only resulted in one policy tripling on renewal but now when we canceled a policy the refund check was sent to the wrong address. I find this to be unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this group and Kyle Dayley. He appears over worked or just doesn’t really care to keep clientele.

I spoke with Jordan Wells while using their services and I can’t understate how much of a horrid individual they have unfortunately chose to employ. She is rude, condescending, and made a few racists “jokes” as she would refer to them. I wouldn’t employ this human trash to scrape gum off of a sidewalk. Truly a poor choice and very reflective of this companies morals/ethics.
