Having our property go through Hurricane Florence was upsetting enough without the devastating water mitigation nightmare that followed, the repair constraints put on us by our mortgage company and then undergoing the long and stressful process of trying to negotiate with the insurance company for the funds necessary to fully repair our property.

Once we were finally guided to The Baldwin Company the process went much smoother and quicker. Mr. Baldwin was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough, doing everything possible to help us receive the insurance funds necessary to get us back on our feet and complete the remaining repairs!
