Had a retaining wall in my backyard and was caused by excess rain we had the past weeks and they refuse to even cover it or even try. They're in such a rush to push me away when I was on the phone with them and I've been a allstate customer for almost 2 decades and this is the worst insurance company ever, I am so angry and I highly recommend you stay away from this company and find someone else cause they have nothing but empty promises, and just take your money.

I think we all can agree that, a call to find insurance or file a claim is not a call most of us want to make. Yet it's a part of life and Steve Busby has continually set the bar above and beyond what I expected or have experienced with other insurance companies. He's been patient, proffesional, helpful and hilarious. From the initial quote, to the price and the handling of adding a renters policy I was and am blown away at how simple he made it. If that weren't enough when I moved out of state he went above and beyond by not only finding a new agent for me to work with but made the transition easier than I thought possible.
