Mr. Chapman is an honest man who works hard to provide you with good service. He takes the time to sit down and talk with you to try and find the best insurance package for you. Many times I’ve found myself sitting there well after my session was over, just making common conversation with him about all things in life. He’s a good man who’ll do good by you.

Ed goes way above and beyond for his clients, he has always taken care of my Insurance needs with all of my automobiles and current and prior homes that I have owned. He is efficient and returns all messages and or calls in a timely manner. I have never had to wait on an adjuster or a claim to be processed. Ed makes having insurance EASY.......as it should be! I found this agent to be unresponsive. Once, he finally responded he sent me quotes of which later he did not honor & said he made a mistake. He fumbled, he didn't call when he said he would, and it was all around the worse insurance experience I have had in 45 years.
