The people at the Chase Agency State Farm are very helpful! Every time I have a question, Michaela would be able to help me out and usually super quickly. I mostly communicate via email and she's has always been able to respond within an hour. I would definitely recommend working with them!

My initial conversations with Jon are what convinced me to Switch all of our insurance over to him. We had not shopped insurance in about 9 yrs and realized we were paying a few thousand more at AAA across all policies. Not only did we save money, we have personalized service with Jon. I also want to say a very big thank you to Michaela. She went above and beyond to try and help us when we had a horrible experience with 2 different body shops that had our car for 5 months between the 2 of them. If you shop around and find that State Farm can save you money, is equal to another quote, or may be even slightly more expensive, I highly recommend Jon Chase.
