I just finished a home owners claim process with Cincinnati Insurance and could not be happier. The adjuster was on site quickly and gave a fair assessment of the damage to our home. After the contractor completed the repairs, our adjuster actually increased the final payment amount due to extra unseen repairs that were needed. The whole experience was a stress free.
I would highly recommend Cincinnati Insurance for your home owners policy.

Genuinely the least compassionate and least effective representative I have ever dealt with is based out of Lexington. They laughed while saying the damage at their client's shop was not their problem and "I could try" to deal with the other company. Impossible to get a hold of- would not call people back, My personal insurance had to hound them for a response and even my insurance's adjuster commented on the level of incompetence and laziness.

I've been a policy holder since 2009 and I had never filed an Auto claim with them until this year. I got a notice in the mail yesterday that they were dropping me because a Forest Park city bus backed up into my parked car back in January lol.

My broker told me that CinFin is losing too much money, so they non-renewed 15,000 of their clients this year; apparently even for single claims in a 15-year span.

Impossible to get a hold of. Cassie Campbell was the worst claim adjustor I’ve ever had. She never replied or answered a single call unless I called 20+ times nonstop. Then she would cry about how her job is so difficult. Worst company ever. If you get Cassie Campbell, request a new adjustor!!!

Absolutely a nightmare to work with, I was in an accident a week ago with one of their policy holders at fault. My vehicle is unable to be driven and I cannot even get a call or email back from them. Zero communication or regard for anyone else!!

I will edit review to include the video i am currently making to post on my social media platform. The claims rep did not follow up within the stated amount of time and there was poor communication which has drawn out this issue and now i have to resolve in other avenues based on other 1 star reviews. i would never recommend getting into business with this company. I believe they are about to further damage the reputation of the brand they are paid to protect

Your company are thieves and destroyed my business. Be sure if your policy is revenue based you have a fortune teller available so they can predict your business revenue down to the penny otherwise prepare yourself for tens of thousands of dollars in bills from this place. You need to institute quarterly earnings statements not yearly. I have turned you and assured partners over to department of insurance for review.
