This father/son team went to bat for me on the homeowners personal property portion of the insurance claim I had for the total loss of my home and belongings to the Marshall Fire in CO on 12/30/21. I procrastinated, most of all because of how tedious and emotionally painful it is to recall personal belongings when you will never see them again. If it weren't for the very capable assistance of Tyler and Ron Harsch, I might not have been able to even submit the personal property portion of my homeowners claim. They were very patient and understanding of how brutal this process can be--especially for a senior like me. Ron was great in explaining the process and approach to me, and Tyler was the database master--he had superb attention to detail, asked good questions, and seemed to be endlessly patient as I struggled for receipts, links, and descriptions of age and condition of my lost contents.
I could not recommend Tyler and Ron more resoundingly. They make you feel like you finally have an advocate on your side against the big, impersonal, nickel and dime mindset of the big insurance company.

I was referred to The Claims Group by another Public Adjuster and cannot say enough good things about this team. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly they helped me fight a wrongfully denied insurance claim! Not sure where I would be without Ron and his team, but, I would have likely had to liquidate all assets to repair my home or file bankruptcy. Prior to this I was unaware that Public Adjusters existed. Hopefully you don't ever need one but if you do it really helps to have someone in the industry fighting for you!

Agreed this particular advertisement may not be a strong point. However, after interviewing numerous public adjusters to find an advocate to negotiate with our recalcitrant insurer, we hired The Claims Group last March. I wish I could mark negative stars!!!
They sent a mailing to survivors of the Marshall Fire, triggering many of us to relive that traumatic day where we lost 1000 homes and many more pets. Shame on your insensitive marketing ploy in the interest of making a dollar...shameful!
