I want to thank you for what you do. I had been paying for over 35 years premium insurance from my former insurance company, because I'm a service member who deploys constantly, so I wanted to make sure I was covered for every possible situation I could be covered for, with the lowest possible deductible, when things went wrong and I was away, but I the first time I had to use my former "Home Insurance Company" they low balled everything. I had a fire and they told me they would fix it quick and put me in to a $24.00 a night motel for a few days. I refused to stay in the motel that rents rooms by the hour, so I paid out of pocket to stay in a more reasonable place. After a few days of great talking but no action, I contacted "The Clear Choice Public Adjusters". As soon as Clear Choice took over my case my former home insurance was trying to get me to cancel my contract with "The Clear Choice Public Adjusters. To make a long story short, Clear Choice made sure that the insurance company paid out the full amount I needed to repair my home and pay for all of my out of pocket expenses related to the fire. We lived at the Marriott Residence Inn, with every adult in my home having their own bedroom and bathroom, food allotment, fuel and travel pay. My former insurance company sold me 125% restoration coverage (as of the day of the incident, this is important because sometimes you can only get 100% of the cost when the home was built, in my case my home was built in 1954), and current city, state code. My home was repaired and is now better then it was before the fire, as stated in my insurance coverage that I was paying for. I now a new kitchen, bathrooms, with garnet countertops, in our kitchen, led lighting in cabinets, under cabinets, new appliances, and electrical threw out the home. Once again thank you Michael and Ryan Burke, for getting what I was paying for all these years.
