The apartment we rented from them for three years offered a serene environment, and Melinda Saul, the property manager, was always responsive to our needs. She would promptly address our concerns and queries, even on weekends, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Her competence in this role is truly outstanding. Melinda at Comana and Comana’s whole team helped me out of situation with a Non-Responsive owner. They turned a troubling situation into a very good thing for me. Ya know how when you have a move out date and it gets closer and closer and you still haven’t found a place that suits you? That was me a couple years ago. Every spare minute spent looking at Zillow or Hot Pads or Craigslist and then when ya go look at the pad with an ad that sounds like the one and isn’t.

So one Saturday morning I saw a new post and I called quickly. Melinda answered and she was so spunky and upbeat and I felt like she was really excited about this rental and from the photos so was I. We dove into the application and collected the necessary proof of and submitted our application. I crossed my fingers because I knew my bfs and my brother’s credit was no bueno. Melinda called and asked about it and I did my best to explain. Even though not stellar credit we were able to put a little bit more down for the deposit to make it work. Yay

Everything from there on was smooth sailing. The lease process was explained. We conducted the walk thru on a cold rainy January day and then we had our keys. Throughout our stay on the property Melinda made it very easy to communicate though most everything is done on the tenant portal. We had a couple of maintenance requests which were always done professionally and in a timely manner. I was bummed to leave but leave we must to pursue our own dream home.

So short story long, I would recommend The Comana Company for Property Management needs or even if you are looking for a rental. They made the process easy.

I had a last minute issue with my oven that caused some major anxiety. There was smoke and I’m up on the second floor- it was a mess. Everyone at Comana was really patient and helpful. My issue occurred Sunday night - I reported Monday and it was fixed by first thing on Tuesday. Everyone we spoke with was eager to keep us in the loop we were never wondering if they got our request or when they would respond. I am so grateful for the quick and pleasant support we received- thank you all!

Had an awful experience touring an apartment on Saturday. Agent showed up almost 20 minutes late to the tour we confirmed earlier while myself and 6 other individuals were attempting to call her with no response. After she arrives, with her child, she informs us that this apartment, which was listed for over $4000, was recently squatted in and needed substantial repairs. We were never disclosed of this information beforehand by the agent or the listing, and the listing shows "available now", which is false. Checked on Citizen to see when the incident actually took place, which was three weeks before the showing! Absolutely zero effort on repairs, looked like the squatters just walked out minutes before arriving. Photos online were shockingly misleading and displayed a decent home. Super unprofessional to waste everyone's time to see an overpriced slum. Upon entrance, urine smell reeked from the carpet, the outdated oven glass door was shattered with questionable powder inside, each room was adorned with mismatching and tacky fake wood vinyl over the original hardwood, an destroyed restroom counter, remnants of a fire in the master bathroom floor, and scribbling all over the walls. It was amusing touring the place since myself and other potential renters all shared the same reaction walking into the place, and for them to shamelessly post such a place for that price and give no real estimation of the repairs (or really an entire home makeover) was a wild experience. I could only imagine what a nightmare it must be to live in a property from this management company. Don't bother wasting time with this management company
