I worked with Matt Gish at The Crismore Agency when our previous broker presented us with options that all had significantly higher premiums than our previous year's coverage. We were told that was just the market and it's typical to see 20%+ increases year-to-year, even with no claims. My parents work with Matt and recommended that I reach out to him. Matt responded the day I reached out and had quotes to us within a day or two. He was also able to save us from those high increases by presenting an option that our other broker did not have. Switching brokers and insurance companies both went very smoothly. Matt has been very responsive from day 1 and we are very comfortable insuring our cars and home through The Crismore Agency. We will continue to work with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to others!

Definitely one of the worst insurance companies or whatever they are. They were super nice and responsive until they got my business. Then I had to constantly call them to get updated vehicle insurance proof and my rates went up every single year. Believe it or not, they penalized me for car accidents that my ex-wife had even though she was no longer on my policy. I tried for 3 months to get someone to respond to me with many emails, phone calls, and voice messages but NO ONE ever got back to me. Additionally, I had to continue to put money in a previous joint bank account because they were too lazy or incompetent to draw the insurance payment from the different account I provided. Avoid this "agency" like the plague. They are terrible. I'm saving over $100.00 a month now and have better coverage. Oh and if they say I'm lying, I'll post my emails to them.

Anytime, over the past 15 years that I have needed help with home owners, renters or car insurance The Crismore agency has been there to help. Maura Reid and Matt Crismore always take the time to help me understand what’s going on with my policy and also get me the best deal available. My two children now have houses of their own and Maura has helped them to navigate new home ownership insurance. It’s nice knowing there are good people looking out for our insurance needs.

When I moved to Missouri from Michigan I was astounded at some of the car insurance quotes I was getting when I was shopping around (nearly the same as my car payment was) so I was extremely happy when I found The Crismore Agency. Matt Gish saved me a TON of money with my policy and has also been absolutely amazing every time I needed him for any revisions to my policy or requests for quotes on a new policy, etc. and I couldn't be more grateful! Their customer service is excellent!!! I would highly recommend that you check them out and see what they can do for you 🙂

Matt was amazing to work with. He presented me with options, was extremely professional and was able to explain what was best based on us alone. He didn’t fit us in a cookie cutter mold and leave it at that, he was able to communicate what was best for us and he was spot on with his recommendations. I would highly recommend Matt Gish as any persons insurance broker.
