Easy to use website, affordable pricing and great customer service. I paid for our insurance for our event, then we were considering changing the date of the event. I called The Event Helper, a real person answered promptly and explained how easy it was to change the date for the insurance, no fees to change as long as it's before the start of the event. Then we decided to keep our original date for the event and left the insurance as is. Then a customer service rep emailed me to remind to update the date of the insurance. I really appreciated the follow-up email to check-in with me to make sure to update my date(if needed). Excellent communication and so easy to work with.

I would need more stars... The most responsive, courteous, knowledgeable customer service person you can find. I'm telling everybody to get their event insurance from Eventhelper. Also shout out to the tech folks... website and online self service are great. Even an old geezer can figure out how to navigate and add additional insured with certificates and all. Alan was excellent in answering & clarifying all questions in a TIMELY manner.
