My husband had his 1st snd last appointment at a he Pslm Beach C.L. Brumbach in Atlantis, we waited for over 2.5 hours only to have Dr. Ramiro Alphonso Puentes incorrectly add that my husband had both a initial hernia and Cardiac Arrhythmia hernia to his chart. Neither is correct .which is accurate.Very challenging when the doctors not fluent in English. By the time he finely got his prescription we were at this clinic for 3.5! hours.

My 1st and last visit, not only was I kept waiting over 2.5 hours,but Dr. Ramiro Alphonso Puentes is not fluent in English so misunderstood me and documented that I have a inguinal hernia, and have a Cardiac Arrhythmia neither which are factual. By the time we finally got my antibiotic script we were at this meat market for 3. 5 hours.

I wonder if it’s located in a rural area, it’s that bad .
No one ever answer the phone when call if have a question and that was preCovid and now it’s worse. No schedule on the door to inform people, so you never know it’s open for the day , close or just in lunch. Most of the people who work in there has no sense of helping. They make it seems like they’re doing you a favor.
Please whom ever is in charge, serve the community better , Belle glade can do better than that and the people of the glades deserve better.
