This team is incredible. After the Marshall Fire, we were not sure where to start. A good friend said to start with Brad and Greenspan. Brad, Megan, Jared and the full team were critical in our ability to rebuild. Step one was knowing what was coming. They outlined the gameplan the day after the fire. With Greenspan representing our interests, advising on how best to navigate the timeline we were able to maintain a focus on the end goal. Greenspan knew how to navigate our insurance company, assisted with our mortgage escrow, and introduced us to our builder Homebound. With this team, we were able to stabilize quickly and ultimately come home 505 days after the Marshall Fire. Closure didn't end with coming home though. There were still insurance issues to close out. Greenspan stayed with us through the very last recovery check 10 months after finishing our rebuild. They never wavered and took every call and insisted on 100% of our full recovery payout. We are grateful for their professionalism and dedication. They really cared about our family and making sure they delivered for us!

After our house and property was destroyed in the Woolsey fire in 2018, we
decided we needed some expert assistance to guide us through the
nightmare scenario of loosing our home, as well as most of our possessions,
at the same time as having to deal with our insurance company for proper
compensation.

David Block and his team were very helpful in working with the insurance company to get me the money to repair my home from the water damage. They worked with all vendors to resolve issues and took a great deal of stress off my shoulders. We are very happy with the Greenspan Company. 3 years ago, the roof of our coin operated laundromat collapsed due to a torrential downpouring of rain in a short time, damaging and flooding the whole store and most of the machines. We had over 100 machines and was one of largest laundromats in Los Angeles. I knew we had insurance, but had no clue as to what we needed to do. I spoke to a different PA firm, but wasn't really impressed with them. Initially I met with Peter Pak who explained their services. Peter was very helpful and professional and I decided to go with Greenspan. John Hartshorn, who has since left the company and his assistant, Timothy Locke were my initial points of contact and were very attentive and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done, who to contact and took care of most things for us. I remember, Elaine Hui, was extremely helpful when it came to collecting on Business Income insurance. We also worked indirectly with Martin Altman and Matthew Blumkin who worked on our behalf directly with the Hartford Insurance Company to get what we deserved via the policy benefits. I say indirectly because, Timothy Locke, was the person who kept me in the loop and whom I asked questions of to get answers from the higher ups. Tim was very attentive and responsive.

Note, this was a very long process. It started in 2019 and actually I think we got our last check the beginning of this year 2022.

Ok, PAs are not inexpensive. But, I chose Greenspan to help me because, I knew that there was a lot I didn't know and didn't want to learn about dealing with insurance companies. I am so glad that I did, because in hindsight and all that's happen I am sure that not only did I end up with more money than I would have if I tried to handle the claim on my own, Greenspan provided me the peace of mind in knowing that everything would be taken care of and I didn't have to stress about things wondering if I was doing the right thing. They weren't able to take on my situation since the damage wasn't as extensive as they usually take on. However, Peter was very gracious and patient with me. Took his time and answered my questions. Did not try to rush me off the phone. Also, said to feel free to call back if I still had any questions.This is a company that really cares about the consumer.
