If I could give Casey at this agency a 0 I would. Not only does he no confirm receipt of emails. He does not return calls. He was quick to renew my deceased father’s homeowners policy, however when the property was sold and I requested a refund he could not be bothered. He also told me everything was uploaded. After two weeks of dodging my phone calls, I called the actual company who told me they never received anything. On top of it I found out they needed more things than Casey said were needed! Just horrible! I will let everyone I know not to deal with this agency. Just horrible customer service and unethical behavior.

They wastes a week of my time and never called me back. When I called back they said oh the guy left and hasn't been back. And we can't help u . Then when I said they wasted a week of my time Tommy said , "well it is what it is.". Don't waste your time with people who don't care about your business.
