In early 2023 I moved to AZ and went with Guardian for my home, anuto, and umbrella policies. Early this year my annual renewal came through with a 30% increase in my premiums. I had no claims on any policy and my property assessment decreased the value of my home. I received no calls or communication ahead of the increase. When I called to ask about it, I was told everyone’s rates went up. After asking several questions about the increase, I was told they would check rates again in six months. I’ve heard nothing.
