My hot water heater stopped working this morning so I called Home Service Club. I was kept informed via texts every step of the way with a call from the technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than 10 minutes. I have been a HSC customer for years and have never been disappointed. Kudos to them for their responsiveness, professionalism and service. I highly recommend them!

This house is our first big purchase as husband and wife, and to put ourselves at ease, we decided to get a service warranty for our home. We chose HSC as recommended by our friend and we thank her for recommending them to us because they are our savior. A few months after we moved in, we started having problems with the house and with our warranty coverage, we probably saved a few thousands.

Having an older house makes having a home warranty a must. I don't know how we would have paid for some of the repairs that we've needed over the years if they hadn't been covered. We have peace of mind knowing that we are protected from catastrophic damage and repairs. Well worth the investment.Occasionally we have to call more than once to get a technician scheduled, but that is really a problem with individual companies and not the fault of Home Service Club. Customer service has been wonderful. I don't think we could live in our house without them. We were not solicited for our business. I researched the best coverage and called them. No phone calls or emails asking us to increase coverage or buy other products. We truly could not be happier.

We were about to have a pool party in the backyard, but the bad thing was that our pool heater was not functioning due not properly installed. I dialed HSC real quick to address my claims cause the party will be starting soon.I'm so thankful that I received a call from the electrician that they are on their way, a minute had passed they arrived and fix my heater, it only took 2 hours to resolve it. A lot of thanks to the 2 electricians for the quick response and to HSC for the effort to assist us.

My 1st experience with HSC was great, the first time I called them the appointment was made for the next day and the technician came much earlier which was OK. The second one I had a problem they came in the same day! The technician are skilled, polite and tidy, they clean after themselves. I was so happy with the service, I referred them to my neighbor.

My dryer was still malfunctioning after I got it repaired to a tech who was referred to me by my neighbor.So I know i had to call up HSC again and they just replaced the whole unit! I didn't expect it but who am I to complain! I'm happy and I have a new dryer. So convenient.

For 3 days of moving into our new house, carport entryway opener, dish washer and cooler all went out. No Kidding, HSC responded right away. Didn't give me trouble and they helped me find a refrigerator repairman since they didn't have one in our area. They will repay me for his service. All were straightforward and we are back ready for action. Incredible experience. Happy I acquired HSC!
