I had the pleasure of getting to know Ambar through a networking group and decided to set up an appointment with her for financial advise. My husband and I have been married almost 30 years and still need help when it comes to our finances. After one meeting with Ambar, my husband was the least stressed out I've seen him in a very long time. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, she's a great financial therapist! I wasn't happy that my current financial company had broken their brand promise and so I started looking for another financial advisor. Ambar with The Journey Financial Group came highly recommended.
And she didn't disappoint. She met with my wife and me at our home. Our home, not her office, our home. She gave us nothing but straight up honesty when it came to the products we have with that other company. She flat out told us that we had a good thing going and that it wouldn't make financial sense to move over to her company.
What!? What financial person would be that honest? She could have told us to move and we would have. But she didn't. Instead, she cautioned us that we'd probably lose $2-3k in the process of that move.
Ambar cared enough about my family and me to let us know we have a good thing going, even if that other company does stuff that I don't personally agree with.
Who has a financial advisor that is so honest that she will turn away your business if it loses you money?
From now on, Ambar is my go to Financial Advisor. And you can bet that I'll be sending my friends and family to her as well! Thank you Ambar for your honesty, integrity, and wisdom.
