They set the price, handled all photography, video and sales copy to accompany listing. They had an offer before my house even was open for brokers caravan. Then in a painstaking and thoughtful way handled everything through the entire escrow. Both the buyer and myself were thrilled with them!! One of my clients was in the process of an international relocation and needed to sell their house in Malibu. Over the past 20 years of selling real estate in Ventura County, I've developed the ability to differentiate top notch agents from the myriads of "run of the mill" agents. Part of my service includes connecting clients I care about with quality realtors across the country. Since I was not able to personally help this client, I did the next best thing - find a great realtor who I trusted to treat them the way I would. Madison was the best choice because of several reasons.

1. Team. He has a great team each with different strengths. Madison - excellent people skills makes everyone feel special and at ease with amazing problem solving skills. Jennifer - warm personality , organized, detail-oriented with many years of experience. Cole - I met him at one of their listings. He was knowledgeable and personable as well. They all work together seamlessly.

2. Communication - they kept in touch with me giving updates on key milestones within the transaction.

3. Live locally in Malibu, actually same neighborhood as my client.

4. Goes the extra mile. There were several instances where he went beyond typical expectations to accommodate the clients making this transition it easier for them.
