The Property Loss Consultants Group LLC (Mr. Christopher Herbert a Sr Adjuster) helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. He is certainly a miracle worker. He is honest and makes everything clear so you can understand each step of the way. My adjoining neighbors home caught fire and my home sustained substantial smoke and water damage as a result. I had never heard of a public adjuster before and was hesitant to hire one since they were all hounding me at my door as soon as the police and fire trucks pulled away, but my neighbors and friends kept assuring me it wasn't a scam. I contacted my realtor for advice and she came back with Chris's name recommended from one of her other clients.

Chris immediately came to my house after calling him, explained the process, what I could expect going forward and got to work documenting all the damage. He was always willing to answer questions for you clearly in a way someone who doesn't always know the ins and out of insurance - which isn't always the case when working with some professionals. Throughout the process he was always communicating with me via phone, text and email of all the updates, I never had to worry that he wasn't working on getting my claim resolved.

My insurance company seemed to do everything in their power to drag the situation out and pay me as little as possible but with Chris and I working together we finally closed out the claim and did much better than I think he or I expected. It was an extremely stressful and frustrating situation to go through but I often told my friends that I couldn't imagine how much worse it would have been without Chris doing the work with the insurance company for me. Mr.Christopher Herbert is thee best!!
My insurance company denied my claim,I felt defeated but I didn’t give up and decided to hire my own claim adjuster,I googled claim adjusters and I found Mr. Herbert through my search,I told him about my situation and right away Mr. Herbert did his investigation and found out I did have a claim and he was able to get my insurance company to paid me so I can get the damages to my property fix…I highly recommend Mr. Christopher Herbert if your insurance company is giving you hard way to go because Mr. Herbert definitely gets the job done!!
